The 125 mm diameter diamond cutting disc from the Standard Series is designed as a 2-in-1 solution for precise cutting as well as for edge finishing and deburring. It is ideal for applications where direct post-processing of cut edges is required in addition to cutting.

The robust design ensures smooth running and stable cutting guidance – even with hard and brittle materials such as ceramics, tiles, porcelain stoneware, and granite.

The closed, finely structured diamond rim enables clean cuts with reduced chipping. At the same time, the disc is suitable for reworking, smoothing, and deburring cut edges directly after cutting – without changing tools.

The design supports even heat distribution and contributes to consistent cutting performance, especially with repeated applications.

The LIMABEX diamond cutting disc complies with the requirements of standard EN 13236 for diamond-bonded cutting tools. Compliance with the standard has been confirmed by technical tests.
