The 125 mm diameter diamond cutting disc from the PRO Series was developed for particularly precise cutting work on tiles and ceramic materials. The slim disc design allows for very clean cuts with minimal chipping – ideal for visible edges and exact cuts.

Compared to the Standard Series, the PRO Series features optimized diamond coating and improved bonding. This ensures smooth running, greater cutting control, and a clean cut even with demanding materials.

The reduced cutting resistance enables quiet and controlled work while simultaneously reducing the strain on the machine and user – especially during longer cuts.

The integrated cooling vents support effective heat dissipation and contribute to consistent cutting performance and even wear of the disc. The cutting disc is suitable for dry and wet cuts.

A reducing ring for bore adaptation allows flexible mounting on different machine mounts. Despite its thin design, the stable backing plate ensures low-vibration running and safe guidance.

Tested Quality & Safety

The LIMABEX diamond cutting disc complies with the requirements of EN 13236 for diamond-bonded cutting tools. Compliance with the standard has been confirmed by technical tests.
