High Removal Rate for Powerful Grinding and Pre-Grinding

The LIMABEX Flap Disc Z40 from the PRO Series, made of high-quality zirconium alumina, was developed for intensive grinding work on metal, steel, and stainless steel. It enables a high material removal rate and is ideal for rough work and pre-grinding before further grinding stages.

The self-sharpening zirconium alumina grit ensures consistently high grinding performance even with higher contact pressure. This maintains a uniform removal rate throughout the entire service life.

The stable lamella structure ensures consistent surface contact and supports controlled guidance – even in demanding applications such as removing welds, rust, or coatings.

The flap disc is tested according to EN 13743. Production takes place under an ISO 9001 certified quality management system.
