LIMABEX Flap Disc Z60 Metal Steel Stainless Steel – PRO Series
Controlled material removal and uniform grinding pattern for professional applications
The LIMABEX Z60 flap disc, made from high-quality zirconium corundum from the PRO Series, was developed for powerful yet controlled grinding work on metal, steel, and stainless steel. It offers a balanced combination of material removal and surface quality.
The self-sharpening zirconium corundum grit enables even removal and ensures constant grinding performance. This makes the Z60 grit ideal for pre-grinding as well as for transitioning to finer grinding stages.
The stable lamellar structure ensures uniform contact with the surface and supports precise control during grinding – even in demanding metal applications.
The flap disc is tested according to EN 13743. Production takes place under a quality management system certified according to ISO 9001.
