Very fine finish and precise surface treatment for demanding applications

The LIMABEX Flap Disc Z120, made of high-quality zirconium corundum from the PRO Series, was developed for very fine grinding work and a uniform surface finish on metal, steel, and stainless steel. It is ideally suited for the final grinding step where precision and a clean appearance are paramount.

The fine, self-sharpening zirconium corundum grit enables smooth, even material removal with minimal stock removal. This results in clean, uniform surfaces – optimal for visible surfaces, stainless steel components, and for preparatory work before polishing or coating.

The stable lamellar structure ensures uniform contact with the surface and supports controlled guidance during grinding. This allows for precise work even with sensitive materials such as stainless steel (INOX).

The flap disc is tested according to EN 13743. Production takes place under a quality management system certified according to ISO 9001.
