The diamond cutting disc with a 125 mm diameter from the Standard Series is specially designed for Jolly Cuts (45°) as well as for precise cutting and edge finishing tasks. It is ideal for cutting, chamfering, and finishing edges on hard and brittle materials such as granite, porcelain stoneware, ceramics, and tiles.

The Jolly Cut design offers stable and controlled cutting – especially with demanding materials like granite. The robust construction ensures smooth running and reduces chipping at the cutting edge.

The closed, finely structured diamond rim enables uniform 45° miter cuts and supports precise edge guidance. At the same time, the disc is suitable for smoothing and deburring cutting edges directly after cutting – without changing tools.

The construction supports even heat distribution and ensures consistent cutting performance during repeated applications.

The LIMABEX diamond cutting disc complies with the requirements of EN 13236 for diamond-bonded cutting tools. Compliance with the standard has been confirmed by technical tests.
